Price Adjustment
- Price adjustments are available only for items purchased within 7 days of a current promotion or price change.
- Product prices may change without prior notice.
- Price adjustments do not apply to promotions that include free gifts.
- Refunds for price adjustments will be credited only as reward points.
- Price adjustments are applicable only on MISSHA.ca.
Refund
- Defective products may be eligible for a refund to the original payment method. To request a refund, you must:
- Provide a photo or video as proof of the defect.
- Present the original shipping label with the order number.
- Provide a photo or video as proof of the defect.
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
Return
- Unused and unopened merchandise can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees associated with returns. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Once we receive your returned package, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return criteria.
- If a package is returned due to being undeliverable, you may choose to:
- Receive a refund (shipping fee will be deducted)
- Have the package re-shipped (Please note that an additional shipping fee may apply, even for orders that qualify for free shipping)
- Receive a refund (shipping fee will be deducted)
- If a customer cancels an undeliverable order, the original shipping fee will still apply.
How to Return
To expedite your return, please contact Customer Service at customer@missha.ca with your order number and the reason for the return. Once we receive your information, we will provide instructions for the return process.
Order Cancellation & Modification
- If you need to cancel or modify your order, including changing the shipping address, please contact us before the order has been fulfilled.
- Once an order is fulfilled, we cannot be held responsible for any errors in the shipping address or order details that may result in lost or misdelivered packages.
Product Expiry

All regular-priced products have an expiry date of at least one year from the date of purchase.
- For products with an expiry date exceeding one year, the extended shelf life is not considered grounds for a refund or exchange.
