Returns Policy
Unused and unopened merchandise can easily be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please make sure to include a copy of your invoice for all items returned. Please note: you are responsible for any shipping/handling fees associated with the return of your merchandise. In addition, we unfortunately do not refund the original shipping costs incurred.
Shipping & Delivery
missha.ca ships only within the CANADA. Sales tax will be collected only on orders that contain taxable items shipped within CANADA. You will be notified by e-mail upon receipt of your order and if there are any issues pertaining to your order.
Shipping Fee
Missha.ca offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all merchandise orders that are C$68 and over(before tax). For shipments totaling less than C$68, there is a delivery charge. For standard orders, your total order delivery time will take between 4 – 5 business days, depending on the final delivery destination.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING FEE: C$10.95
2nd Day Delivery and Next Day Delivery
Orders must be placed by 2pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) to be processed on the same business day. “Business Days” means Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the CANADA. Orders received between Friday after 2PM and Monday morning are usually processed within the next one or two business days.
